These terms govern purchases from and use of highpsiproducts.com, operated by HIGH PSI PRODUCTS LLC, 573 N 1660 W, Lindon, UT 84042 — (801) 413-7440 — orders@highpsiproducts.com. By placing an order you agree to the terms below.
Payment Methods
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Amazon Pay. Approved dealer accounts may also order on open account (Purchase Order / Net 30).
Payment Terms (Dealer Open Accounts)
Open accounts (with credit approval) are net 30 days from invoice date. Invoices are considered past due after 31 days. High PSI Products reserves the right to apply late charges or interest on past-due balances. Orders on credit hold will not be processed until released.
Pricing
All prices are subject to availability and may change without notice. In the event of an obvious pricing error, we may cancel and refund the affected order. Please verify pricing at the time of order.
Shipping
Free freight on orders over $500. Excludes shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada, and excludes bulky items such as hose, pumps, lances, reels, and electric motors. Most in-stock items ship within two business days. Standard shipping is UPS Ground or USPS Ground Advantage. Expedited service (2-Day Air, Next-Day Air) is available at the customer's expense. FedEx is available upon request.
Order Cutoff
Expedited shipping requests must be received by 1:00 PM Mountain Time to ship the same day; requests received after the cutoff ship the following business day. Standard orders ship within two business days of order placement.
Backorders
Parts temporarily out of stock will be shipped and invoiced automatically once available. If the original order qualified for free freight, the backorder also ships free; otherwise applicable freight charges will be added to the backorder invoice.
Damaged Shipments
Please inspect all shipments upon receipt and report any damage to us within 5 business days of delivery so we can file a claim with the carrier.
Special Order Parts
Parts not listed on this site are special-order items — contact us for pricing and lead time. Special-order parts are non-returnable and cannot be cancelled once the order is placed. The customer is responsible for any additional freight charges.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the invoice date. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all original parts and documentation. The customer is responsible for return shipping. Special-order parts are non-returnable. To begin a return, contact us at orders@highpsiproducts.com or (801) 413-7440.
Sales Tax
Dealers purchasing for resale must provide a current resale certificate to qualify for tax-exempt invoicing.
Warranty
High PSI Products parts are warranted for 90 days from the date of purchase to be free of defects in materials and workmanship. Excluded from this warranty:
- Items that carry the original manufacturer's warranty (e.g., complete pumps and motors) — contact the original manufacturer for warranty service.
- Items damaged through abuse, accident, improper use, or lack of care.
- Normal wear parts, including cords, rubber items, hoses, and brushes.
Direct all warranty inquiries to orders@highpsiproducts.com. The foregoing is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, and constitutes High PSI Products' sole obligation with respect to parts.
Compatibility References
Manufacturer names, brands, and part numbers are used for compatibility identification purposes only. Unless expressly stated otherwise, products sold under the High PSI Products or Pronto PSI names are aftermarket replacement parts and are not manufactured by, endorsed by, or affiliated with the referenced original equipment manufacturers.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any dispute arising from an order or from use of this site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Utah County, Utah.
