Aftermarket cylinder head assembly for Honda GX200 small engines. Complete assembly includes valves, springs, rocker arm, and gaskets. Replaces Honda OEM part number 12210-ZL0-405. Compatible with GX200 (6.5HP) engines used in pressure washers, generators, water pumps, tillers, and other power equipment. Also compatible with 168F clone engines.
