Order Processing
We strive to process all orders within 24 hours. Orders placed on weekends or holidays may require additional processing time. Upon processing, you will receive an order confirmation, followed by a shipping confirmation.
Most orders are shipped from our main Utah, United States warehouse, postal code 84042.

- Standard Shipping: We offer free standard shipping to the lower 48 states.
- Alaska and Hawaii: Additional fees may apply depending on the item’s weight, which will be calculated at checkout.
- Expedited Shipping: Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost, calculated at checkout.
- We ship to most international locations. International shipping rates are calculated during checkout. Please note that prices do not include duties and taxes, which vary by destination country.

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be returned in their original condition. Full refunds are granted for returns that meet these conditions. For items returned damaged, incomplete, or otherwise not in their original state, we reserve the right to issue a partial or no refund based on the condition of the returned item.
