  • Account information — name, email address, password (stored hashed), company name, phone number, and addresses you provide when creating an account or dealer account.
  • Order information — the products you purchase, shipping addresses, and order history.
  • Dealer application information — company details and, if you claim tax-exempt status, your resale/exemption number.
  • Messages — anything you send us through the contact form or by email.

Payments

Card payments are processed by Stripe. Your card number is transmitted directly to Stripe and never stored on our servers. If you choose to save a payment method, it is stored by Stripe, not by us.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to process and ship orders, manage your account, respond to your messages, review dealer applications, and send transactional emails (order confirmations, shipping notices, account emails). We do not send marketing email unless you have signed up for it, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers needed to run the store:

  • Stripe — payment processing
  • Shipping carriers (UPS, USPS, FedEx) — to deliver your order
  • Google reCAPTCHA — to protect our forms from abuse (see below)

Cookies

We use cookies that are necessary for the store to work: keeping you signed in, remembering your cart, and securing forms. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

This site is protected by reCAPTCHA and the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply.

Data Retention & Your Rights

We keep account and order records as long as needed for business, tax, and warranty purposes. To access, correct, or delete your personal information, email orders@highpsiproducts.com or call (801) 413-7440, and we will respond promptly. Note that we may need to retain records of completed transactions where the law requires it.
