Processing Time

Most in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods

We ship via trusted carriers UPS and USPS to ensure your order arrives on time and in excellent condition. The shipping method is selected based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your shipment every step of the way.

Shipping Rates

Free ground shipping on orders over $500 to the 48 contiguous states and Washington, DC. Orders that include bulky items (pressure washer hose, pumps, lances 36" and longer, hose reels and sludge pump hose kits) ship free at $1,500.

All other orders ship at our actual carrier cost. Checkout shows the live USPS and UPS rates for your cart and you pay exactly what we pay, with no markup. Faster services (UPS 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air) are offered on every order at their full cost, including orders that qualify for free ground shipping.

We ship within the United States only. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the other US territories, and APO/FPO addresses always ship at carrier cost.

While we do our best to ship promptly, please understand that unforeseen events such as weather, carrier delays, or high seasonal volume may occasionally impact delivery times. If you experience any delays, our support team is here to help.
